Branch Sales Manager - Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager

We are currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager (a.k.a. Branch Financial Sales & Service Manager) for our Chicago-Streeterville Branch at Northwestern Medicine. In analyzing members' financial needs, a qualified candidate must lead and motivate the branch sales and service staff with their proven skills in leadership, sales, business development, and lending.

A qualified candidate must be able to achieve the assigned sales goals for the branch and department.

A qualified candidate should also have both sales and management experience. Bachelor's degree as well as solid computer, analytical, math, and communication skills are required. Credit union or banking experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

Low-to-mid 50's plus monthly incentives.
