This is a hands-on role for a proven sales leader who thrives in foodservice and hospitality environments and enjoys building markets through direct selling and distributor partnerships.

• What You’ll DoDrive regional revenue growth through direct selling and distributor partnerships
• Prospect and close new multi-unit, high-profile, and strategic accounts
• Own and manage foodservice and hospitality distributor relationships
• Maintain a strong field presence and lead by example
• Coach, support, and develop Territory Sales Representatives
• Build and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership
• Represent a premium product portfolio in chef-driven and hospitality-forward environments
• What We’re Looking For5+ years of B2B sales experience in food and beverage required8+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong background in foodservice and hospitality sales
• Experience managing distributors and multi-unit accounts
• Proven hunter mentality with the ability to open new business
• Comfort selling premium products where storytelling and quality matter
• Highly autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-growing organization
