Regional Sales Manager

A high-end custom US-based building product manufacturer is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover a multi-state territory. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that has a fantastic reputation in it's field.

As an RSM, you will actively reach out and respond to a variety of customer types including by not limited to dealers/installers, distributors, architects, designers, and contractors. They will take over a current pipeline, work with existing accounts, and seek out new opportunities in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by proactively generating leads and responding to inquiries.
• Cultivate new partnerships and customer relationships by serving as a product expert.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.
• Ensure customer service at the fore-front of all interactions from pre to post sale
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage all necessary client documentation.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of experience, selling industry leading or custom building products
• You are an expert in CRM and quoting software
• You're eager to learn new technical skills, and become a product expert
• You're a proactive and highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• You're a natural communicator with the ability to listen, understand, and solve customer problems
• You have a strong passion for sales and a desire to achieve ambitious goals
• This is a remote role.
• Travel could be up to 35% - mostly regional.
• Comp structure is base salary/draw program and commissions.
• Base comp will be 90-120k or higher depending on experience.
• Total with commissions could be 150-200k+. Full benefits available.
