Love & Help Heal is looking for two Program Administration Associates to join our Programs team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations — keeping logistics organized, documentation current, and communications flowing so our team can focus on delivering impactful youth programs, retreats, and community initiatives.

Our Programs team designs and runs youth-led programming, summits, and engagement initiatives across multiple regions. As a Program Administration Associate, you'll ensure the internal systems, scheduling, and communication channels that support this work stay efficient and well-organized.

This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in nonprofit operations, program coordination, and project support while contributing directly to youth-focused initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administrative & Operational Support
• Keep the programs team running smoothly through day-to-day administrative support
• Organize and maintain program files, internal resources, and shared documents
• Coordinate scheduling for meetings, youth calls, and team check-ins
• Track program registrations, participant lists, and related records
• Support communication with participants and volunteers
• Prepare materials for workshops, meetings, and youth engagement sessions
• Document program updates, meeting notes, and progress reports
• Maintain internal processes and systems that keep program delivery on track
• Provide broader operational support to the team as priorities shift
• Support Program Coordinators on the Youth Advisory Council, Dismantling Social Impact, and E3 initiatives
• Program Delivery & Youth Engagement
• Help plan and run in-person youth programs, workshops, and retreats
• Facilitate portions of youth sessions and offer on-the-ground support at events
• Assist with participant recruitment, onboarding, and outreach
• Coordinate logistics for local events and programming
• Work alongside volunteers and staff to strengthen program quality
