In this role, you will engage with prospective clients and business professionals, coordinate communications, support relationship management, schedule meetings, and contribute to delivering a professional and trusted customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused
• Confident using WhatsApp, email, and basic office applications
• Well-organised, reliable, and proactive
• Previous customer service, sales support, hospitality, or call centre experience is an advantage
