VieCure is seeking a highly senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the Oncology Intelligence Platform (OIP) 4.0. This person is a proven driver who runs the “system” of software development — cadence, throughput, and predictability — and holds the organization accountable to it. This is not a coordination or administrative role.

We need someone with the seniority, technical fluency, and command presence to challenge assumptions, expose risk early, and resolve blockers fast, working directly with the CTO and senior engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end program delivery for OIP 4.0 against committed milestone dates, including validation-start and feature-ready gates for the first customer go-live.
• The delivery operating system: sprint cadence, velocity and throughput measurement, scope management, and predictable release flow.
• Risk and issue management — surfacing problems before they become slips, driving them to resolution, and escalating with clarity when needed.
• Cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, QA, and infrastructure, keeping module owners accountable to scope and dates.
• Delivery discipline: enforcing focus, eliminating overhead, and protecting the critical path from churn.
• Data-driven status: translating raw delivery data (e.g., Jira analytics, velocity forecasts, burn) into clear, defensible read-outs for executives and the board.
• A driver who owns outcomes, not activities. Comfortable being the person accountable for the date.
• Highly senior: you have run complex, high-stakes software delivery before and carry the credibility to be heard by engineers and executives alike.
• Technically fluent: you can tell when an estimate, a dependency, or a “we’re on track” is not real, and you press until you get the truth.
• Relentlessness of efficiency. You see waste in the development system and remove it.
• Fast on issues: you surface problems early, drive them to closure, and don’t let them linger.
• Direct, calm under pressure, and effective at holding peers and senior people accountable without drama.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing software delivery, with substantial time as a senior/principal TPM or delivery lead on complex, multi-team products.
• Track record of shipping enterprise software to hard external commitments (customer go-lives, regulated environments).
• Deep command of Agile/Scrum execution at scale, plus the metrics that predict delivery (velocity, throughput, cycle time, WIP).
• Fluency with Jira and delivery analytics; able to build and defend a forecast, not just report status.
• Executive-grade communication — concise, evidence-based, and credible with a CTO and board audience.
• Experience in healthcare, health IT, or another regulated domain is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to coordinate technical tasks and dependencies across teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of technical environments including CI/CD, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments (preferred)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills
