Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing engineering team supporting projects within the critical infrastructure industry. In this role, you will lead engineering projects through the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning and design through construction, commissioning, and project close-out.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple priorities, and collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from conceptual design through construction completion and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, construction, and client teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations are consistently met.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering5+ years of project management experience supporting engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.PMP Certification is a plus.PE License is a plus
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering or critical infrastructure projects.
