The Senior Program Manager serves as the operational lead for UT Southwestern Joint Accreditation initiatives with a Nursing‿Medical focus. This role integrates Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) and the Office of Continuing Education (CME) under a unified Joint Accreditation framework.
The position ensures regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, and measurable educational impact aligned with institutional quality and patient care priorities. The role maintains compliance with: Joint Accreditation Criteria (JAC 1‿12), ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence, and ANCC accreditation standards.

Master's Degree in Nursing
7 years experience in nursing professional development or accredited continuing education, and
