Technical Program Manager – MarTech / Digital Experience Analytics

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager with strong MarTech and digital analytics experience to lead a high-visibility enterprise initiative focused on digital experience analytics and customer behavior insights.

This role will drive the rollout of a modern analytics platform (e.g., Medallia DXA or similar) and partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to improve how customer experience is captured and analyzed across digital channels.

Note: Experience with similar platforms (Adobe, Quantum Metric, FullStory, etc.) is absolutely relevant—Medallia is NOT required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead enterprise-wide rollout of a digital experience / customer analytics platform across multiple teams
• Guide engineering teams on instrumentation, tagging, and integration approaches
• Drive onboarding and adoption across large-scale, multi-team environments (50+ applications)
• Partner with stakeholders to define implementation strategies and troubleshoot issues
• Evaluate platform capabilities and conduct competitive analysis / tool comparisons
• Help shape platform strategy and build business cases for improvements
• Act as the bridge between engineering, business, and vendor teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Product Management
• Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems and digital analytics
• Hands-on exposure to digital experience / session replay platforms, such as:
• Medallia DXA
• Adobe Analytics / AEP
• Quantum Metric
• FullStory
• Glassbox
• Tealeaf
• Solid technical foundation:
• Web technologies (JavaScript, tagging, instrumentation concepts)
• Data / marketing analytics
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and guide implementations
• Experience working across multiple applications, teams, and stakeholders
