SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have)

✔️ Apache Airflow 3.x core architecture and implementation experience

✔️ Hybrid Infrastructure Literacy across Azure/AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and On-Premises environments

✔️ Deep relational and caching database experience using Postgres and Redis

✔️ Extensive background in Clean-Room / Chinese Wall discipline, authoring strict specifications for isolated implementation teams

✔️ 12+ years of experience in Technical Product or Technical Program Management focused heavily on platform or data infrastructure products

✔️ Background in regulated industries, defense work, or formal spec-to-vendor handoff frameworks

✔️ Strong understanding of automated testing suites and behavior-driven development (BDD)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an elite, deeply technical Senior Product Manager with 12+ years of experience to join our team onsite in Dallas, TX, Middletown, NJ, or Atlanta, GA. This role requires an architect-level Technical Product Manager specializing in platform and data infrastructure rather than consumer applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of high-level technical fluency in Apache Airflow 3.x, Postgres, Redis, and hybrid Azure/AKS environments, combined with the rigorous discipline required to author specifications under a strict "Chinese Wall" or clean-room methodology.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Author highly precise, unambiguous technical specifications consumed exclusively by an isolated, clean-room implementation team

✔️ Act with the understanding that the written specification is the sole communication channel, ensuring requirements are 100% complete upon first contact (including every file path, import, config value, error string, and acceptance criterion)

✔️ Adhere strictly to clean-room boundaries: zero direct contact with developers and zero visibility into the clean-room code base

✔️ Validate development deliverables solely through observable automated test outcomes and technical criteria rather than reading code implementation or relying on live demos

✔️ Anticipate and pre-answer all potential engineering questions within the initial specification document, demonstrating pathological precision and leaving zero room for ambiguity or subsequent clarification turns
