Job Description

Production Validation Testing (PV)T PDL

Lead the production validation testing program from a business perspective, defining scope, success criteria, and test approach aligned to business requirements, controls, and client impact for releases and changes.

Run governance and stakeholder management, facilitating readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions; ensure roles, approvals, and attestations are clear and completed on time.

Translate business processes into executable validation scenarios, coordinating UAT/production validation coverage for critical journeys, exception handling, and operational procedures.

Own risk issue, and dependency management, assessing business impact, documenting mitigations, driving timely resolution, and escalating decisions with clear options and trade-offs.

Deliver audit-ready evidence and reporting, maintaining validation artifacts (plans, results, sign-offs, post-release outcomes) and driving continuous improvement through metrics and lessons learned.

Core Dependency Management PDL

Own the business core dependency management program, defining dependency intake, classification, prioritization, and governance aligned to business outcomes, regulatory/controls expectations, and delivery timelines.

Maintain an enterprise dependency register across upstream/downstream systems, data feeds, vendors, and operational teams; ensure dependencies have clear owners, milestones, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment and commitments, driving dependency working sessions, timeline synchronization, and decision forums to secure deliverables and manage handoffs.

Identify and manage dependency risks and constraints, assessing business impact, documenting mitigations/contingencies, and escalating blockers with clear options and trade-offs.

Provide transparent status, metrics, and audit-ready documentation, including critical path tracking, dependency burn-down, change impacts, and lessons learned to reduce recurring dependency issues.
