About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and the Life Insurance, Annuity, and Wealth Management domain. This role goes beyond a traditional Business Analyst position and requires someone who can own the product backlog, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce FSC product backlog.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive product vision, roadmap, and sprint planning activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Validate delivered functionality against business expectations.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
• Ensure solutions align with Life Insurance and Wealth Management business processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce FSC Data Model.
• Experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, and Wealth Management (insurance-focused, not banking).
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience other leading insurance organizations.

Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
