We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Associate to join our dynamic and growing ETF team during an exciting period of strategic expansion. This role offers the opportunity to support designing and delivering full stack technology solutions to solve business problems in one of asset management's fastest-evolving segments.
You'll work alongside cross-functional teams to help position our offerings competitively and deliver meaningful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our internal stakeholders and clients.
In this role, you will:
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldExtensive hands-on experience in designing and delivering full stack technology solutions to solve business problems preferably within Asset Management or financial servicesDemonstrated ability to propose and implement solutions across full stack applications and data pipelines running in the cloud (preferably AWS).
Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to peers and junior engineers to align on solutions and mentor others in the team.
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies.
