The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional software engineer who loves building.

You’ll be a high-impact individual contributor, writing code every day while helping provide technical leadership across our engineering team of 7.

You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build and scale the AI infrastructure powering thousands of healthcare professionals. This isn’t a management role. We want someone who leads by shipping, making great technical decisions and raising the bar for everyone around them.

• What you’ll do💻 Build and ship AI products used by healthcare professionals every day🏗️ Design scalable backend systems and architecture⚡ Own projects end-to-end, from idea to production🔗 Integrate with clinical systems and third-party APIs🧠 Help shape engineering standards and technical direction🤝 Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions and leading by example🚀 Work in a fast-moving founding team where your decisions have immediate impact
• We’re looking for someone who
• Has exceptional software engineering fundamentals
• Loves being hands-on and writing production code
• Has experience building scalable production systems
• Has strong backend experience with modern cloud architectures
• Is proficient in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go or similar
• Understands distributed systems, APIs, databases and software design
• Can naturally provide technical leadership without relying on hierarchy
• Thrives in high-ownership, fast-moving startup environments
• Wants to build something that genuinely matters
• Bonus points🤖 AI / LLM experience📈 Startup or high-growth company experience☁️ AWS, GCP or Azure expertise🏥 Healthcare technology experience
