Operations Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and individuals looking to start a career in data analytics and business operations.

You will work closely with operations teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data that helps improve business processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making. No professional experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize operational data from various sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify trends.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel or BI tools.
• Assist in identifying process improvements through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain data integrity.
• Support cross-functional teams with reporting and analysis requests.
• Document analytical findings and operational insights.
• Help automate repetitive reporting processes where possible.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
• Understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Good numerical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of databases.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets.
