Nestlé USA’s Coffee & Beverage Division is home to some of the most dynamic and fast-growing categories in retail, bringing to life brands that elevate everyday rituals and create meaningful connections with consumers and shoppers.
Within this exciting portfolio, the Analyst, Category Strategy role plays a critical part in driving category growth across iconic brands such as Starbucks, Coffee-Mate, Nescafé, Nesquik, Natural Bliss, and Seattle’s Best Coffee by transforming shopper, category, customer, and marketplace insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen business performance.
This position plays a critical role in building a category-first perspective across the business, leveraging syndicated data, consumer insights, market intelligence, and internal business performance metrics to influence strategic decision-making.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, Commercial Development, Revenue Management, eCommerce, and Category Management teams, the Analyst helps translate data into actionable strategies that accelerate growth across Nestle’s Coffee and Beverage portfolio.
The Analyst, Category Management supports the Coffee & Beverage Division by mining consumer, shopper, category, customer and marketplace data, to uncover leverageable insights that drive strategic recommendations that enables sustainable category growth.
This role serves as a strategic thought partner to Category Strategy leaders by identifying emerging trends, evaluating growth opportunities, helping develop category visions, supporting commercial planning initiatives, and providing analytical expertise that shapes division-wide priorities.
