Cloud Engineer

IAM Platform Delivery & Operations Lead (Contract)Location: Dublin, IrelandWorking Model: Hybrid (currently 1 week in 4 onsite, with an expectation of moving to full-time onsite in the future)Contract: Initial 6-month with extensionRate: Up to €390 per day We're looking for an experienced IAM Platform Delivery & Operations Lead to join a large Enterprise Cybersecurity team supporting critical IAM platforms.

This is a delivery-focused role where you'll coordinate platform delivery, manage releases, prioritise work across multiple engineering teams, and help drive improvements in platform resilience, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the platform backlog.
• Coordinate releases across multiple IAM engineering teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery momentum.
• Manage production releases and change processes.
• Track risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Support platform improvements focused on automation, resilience, security, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate work across a small team of cloud and platform engineers (no direct people management).

About You

You'll have experience delivering cloud platform or infrastructure projects within a large, complex enterprise environment and be comfortable working with globally distributed teams.

You'll also bring:

• Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred, AWS considered)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Open
• Tofu preferred)
• Release management and Agile delivery experience
• CI/CD knowledge and tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with Virtual Machines and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
• Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery coordination skills
