Marketing + Ecommerce Manager

Our client, a growing luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a highly organized, creative, and hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join their tight knit team in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment, is creatively inspired, takes initiative, and is excited to contribute across multiple areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website through Shopify, including product listings, collections, promotions, and content updates.
• Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and automated flows using Klaviyo.
• Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across email and website channels.
• Create marketing content and assist with brand storytelling and customer engagement efforts.
• Monitor website, marketing, and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Edit product imagery and marketing assets using Photoshop.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and other brand initiatives.
• Assist with additional projects and operational needs as required in a growing small business environment.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to help drive brand growth and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or web management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing and customer retention campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the core scope of the role and contribute across multiple areas of the business.
• Jewelry, fashion, accessories, or related industry experience preferred.

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience
