Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager | B2C Financial Planning / Wealth Group | £60-70k + 20% Bonus | Hybrid (Holborn, 2 days)

We are recruiter a Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager for a UK-wide financial planning and wealth management group. They provide expert financial advice through a network of advisers across the UK, helping individuals & businesses plan across key life stages, from mortgage to retirement.

The Growth Marketing Manager will focus on managing digital acquisition campaigns, overseeing agency delivery, and help improve both lead volume and lead quality.

This is a full-time permanent role based 2 days per week in their Central London office (Holborn) and occasional visits to Henley-on-Thames. This role reports into the central marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing campaigns delivered through an external agency
• Work across Google and Meta campaigns, with LinkedIn currently being developed as a channel and Reddit planned to be introduced
• Support the development and optimisation of digital lead generation activity
• Help identify opportunities for growth across digital channels
• Work with internal teams on lead triage and improving lead quality
• Contribute to improving how leads are tracked and reported across the business
• Support a third-party partnership being launched to generate leads from external audiences
• Monitor and report on campaign performance in line with agreed metrics

Required Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in digital or growth marketing managing campaigns across channels such as Google and Meta, including working with external agencies to deliver performance marketing activity.
• Ideally you have experience in B2C financial services, particularly financial planning, wealth management, or regulated financial advice targeting individual clients.
