Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience supporting employees and management across multiple HR functions
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, Paycor, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus
