Human Resources Generalist

Trueline's client, an established and growing manufacturer of premium commercial equipment, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Denver, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being the go-to resource for employees, partnering with leadership, and making a visible impact across a collaborative manufacturing organization.

What You'll Do as the Human Resources Generalist:

• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner supporting approximately 150 employees
• Provide day-to-day support for employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR best practices
• Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communication, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientation
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, workers' compensation, and HR compliance activities
• Support payroll processing, employee status changes, and HRIS data accuracy
• Partner with managers on attendance, performance documentation, and workforce planning
• Maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support labor relations activities, including administration of a Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Help foster an engaging, employee-focused culture through communication and recognition initiatives
• Must-Haves as the Human Resources Generalist:3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, benefits, recruiting, payroll, and compliance
• Strong understanding of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and wage and hour regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycom or similar platforms
• Nice-to-Haves as the Human Resources Generalist:
• Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution experience
• Union or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) experience
• Experience administering Colorado FAMLI leave
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHROur Client Offers:
