WHAT YOU'LL DO

---

• Source and connect with candidates through our internal database, LinkedIn, and professional networking
• Build and manage your own candidate pipeline through cold and warm outreach
• Coach candidates through the full process — interview prep, resume review, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Develop and maintain client and candidate relationships that drive placements and results
• Work closely with experienced managers to match the right talent with the right opportunities
• Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms on behalf of your candidates

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• A competitive, money-motivated mindset — you want to win and you want to earn
• Strong communication skills — you're comfortable on the phone and can build rapport quickly
• Self-starter mentality — you thrive in an autonomous environment and don't need to be micromanaged
• Organized and detail-oriented — you can manage multiple candidates and relationships simultaneously
• Prior sales, customer service, or recruiting experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
