Walker Healthforce is currently seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in the growth of a lucrative recruiting sector.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person to be part of a fast-growing, well-connected firm.THIS IS A 3-DAYS A WEEK (MWF), IN-OFFICE ROLE. Walker Healthforce offers a challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced environment with the opportunity to earn six figures (base + uncapped commission). While contributing to your personal growth and development, you will be a trusted, key contributor for an industry leader in Healthcare Technology for Payer and Provider organizations nationwide.

The ideal Recruiter will possess:

Minimum of 1 yr. recruiting experience is ideal.

Exceptional communication skills and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.

Competitive person who possesses exceptional time management and organizational skills."Hates to lose" mentality with a capacity to evaluate and respond to multiple requests.

Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).

Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit with a metrics-driven mindset.

Please note this is not a corporate Human Resources position.

Preferred qualifications include

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
