Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30, Friday 8:30-5Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience in a professional services environment is preferred
• CRM/ATS experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a sales-driven culture

Responsibilities

• Identify top candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods
• Search across traditional and non-traditional channels, including job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, networking, and referrals
• Apply advanced search techniques (Boolean searches, passive candidate outreach, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct initial interviews to engage and qualify candidates
• Stay informed on hiring trends, in-demand skill sets, and industry developments
• Provide comprehensive support to Staffing Consultants by proofreading and editing resumes, preparing and sending Docu
• Signs, conducting reference checks, and submitting candidates via employer ATS systems
