R ecruiter/Talent Acquisition- Corporate Office We are hiring a Director of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition to be part of the Brokerage division at one of the fastest growing Wealth & Risk Management Firms in Atlanta. Manage and develop our process and ensure the recruiting needs are met and exceeded.

This role will be a player coach and responsible for carrying their own workload in addition to helping others recruit. Candidate must have done similar work elsewhere and has demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting.

We are looking for a self-starter who will hit the ground running Our focus is on helping clients protect what matters most to them including their loved ones, their income, and their prized possessions. . A typical day may consist of scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and slide decks, creating and executing marketing communications, broker onboarding, project management, social media engagement and digital campaigns.

Proficient with the tools in our tech stack including Mailchimp, Salesforce CRM, eMoney, LinkedIn, WideAngle and Box to name a few.
