Staffing Corporate Recruiter

Long-Term Staffing company specializing in the Commercial Construction Industry seeks an individual interested of joining our team as a Corporate Recruiter. This person will meet the demands of both the employer and the employee throughout the hiring process owning the end-to-end process of talent acquisition. Some of the key responsibilities of the recruiter include, but limited to:

• Work with Sales and Vice-President to review new job requisition(s)
• Utilize various platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
• Attracting and sourcing candidates, pre-screening and presenting qualified job candidates for placement
• Telephonically pre-screen candidates and conducting interviews
• Setting interview dates
• Participate in employee onboarding to ensure the new hire is prepared to begin work.
• Supporting all branches and locations
• Overnight travel of 1-3 days per month

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in staffing or human resources preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of various recruiting platforms and recruitment processes, preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (CRM)
• Strong research skills to identify potential candidates
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation techniques

The Corporate Recruiter is often relied on to keep the transactional steps of the talent acquisition process moving smoothly with a strong focus on building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
