With our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we have rapidly grown and are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations.

Position Overview

As the Operations Manager, you along with the General Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the park. Your leadership will ensure that we provide an exceptional and safe experience for our guests while achieving our financial and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, promoting a culture of excellence across operations.
• Financial Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Guest Experience: Uphold a culture of exceptional customer service and safety, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Staff Development: Help recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional marketing strategies, drive sales initiatives, and promote special events to increase attendance and revenue.
• Quality Assurance: Support & enforce operational standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures to maintain a high-quality guest experience.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large teams.
• Knowledge of trends in the entertainment and leisure industry.
