About The Role

This role will focus on the Helix project to lead the continuous evolution model and ensure the platform keeps improving in line with business priorities, user feedback, and future planning needs. The role sits at the intersection of planning, transformation, innovation, and execution.

The mission is not only to protect adoption after go-live, but to continuously elevate the value of Helix by shaping the roadmap, calibrating enhancements, driving change, and leveraging AI-enabled experimentation to test and build better solutions with speed.

This is a highly visible role for a planning leader who wants broad exposure across regions, functions, and digital teams - and who thrives in a fast-moving environment where strategy and hands-on execution go together.

How You Will Make A Difference Leverage AI and experimentation to accelerate innovationUse AI and agile experimentation to test ideas rapidly, explore alternatives, and build practical solutions that improve planning effectiveness.

• Identify use cases where AI can accelerate analysis, prototyping and scenario testing
• Partner with business and technical teams to experiment quickly and learn fast
• Promote a test-and-learn mindset with high change agility Lead the Continuous Evolution Model
• Own the business evolution agenda for Project Helix after go-live and ensure the platform continues to improve iteratively based on business priorities, operational needs, and user feedback.
• Define and drive the post-go-live enhancement roadmap
• Establish the governance and operating rhythm for continuous evolution
• Balance short-term business needs with long-term platform scalability Evaluate future scope expansion
• Identify, new and natural business opportunities to leverage Helix capabilities and maximize the potential outcome for VF. Examples to explore:
• Material Consumption & Planning
• Live PO Tracking & Optimization
• Logistic Optimization Track performance and business impact
• Ensure the evolution of Helix is grounded in measurable outcomes and a clear view of value creation.
• Help define success metrics and monitor adoption and performance improvements over time.
• Translate complex planning needs into clear metrics, insights, and improvement priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of current AI technologies and their applications
• Experience integrating AI solutions into business workflows
• Experience in supply chain projects highly desirable
• Proven experience in Business, Supply Chain, Organization Development or related fields
• Strong understanding of global supply and material planning processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
