Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $91,000 - $112,000. Plus, commission.
Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

The Regional Sales Manager (Commercial) is a strategic hunter responsible for driving new revenue through the sale of Towne’s Revenue Generating Solutions combined with our Nexity hardware and software technology solutions.
This role is focused on aggressively pursuing and closing new business opportunities in pre-determined micro-markets while maximizing long-term recurring revenue through Nexity SaaS and transaction-based income streams across commercial real estate client base with flat lots and garages.
As a market-facing sales leader, this individual actively builds and converts a robust pipeline through direct prospecting, relationship development, and in-person engagement. At the same time, they serve as a trusted advisor and technology expert—educating clients and internal stakeholders on Towne’s capabilities, value proposition, and application across the diverse commercial real estate environments.
This leader owns the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through close, partnering cross-functionally to quickly design solutions, structure deals, and ensure seamless deployment.
Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset, strong financial and technical acumen, and the ability to translate Towne’s operational and Nexity’s technology into clear, revenue-generating outcomes that drive increased asset valuation and NOI for clients.

Descriptive Statement(s)
New Business Prospecting & Opportunity Creation: Proactively identify, pursue, and qualify net-new commercial parking opportunities in pre-determined micro-markets through cold outreach, networking, referrals, CRE broker relationships, and industry engagement.
Target property owners, asset managers, developers, and operators to generate pipeline in micro-markets, with a strong emphasis on uncovering off-market and relationship-driven opportunities with flat lots and garages.
Relationship Building & Industry Engagement: Establish, develop, and sustain trust-based relationships within the commercial parking and mobility industry. Leverage credibility, reputation, and consistent market presence to generate referrals, strengthen Towne Park’s brand, and position the company as a preferred long-term partner for commercial parking solutions.
Pipeline Management & Deal Execution: Manage an active pipeline within Salesforce, advancing opportunities through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. Maintain accurate forecasting, timely follow-up, and disciplined sales execution to consistently achieve individual revenue targets.
Proposal Development & Financial Collaboration: Partner with Sales Enablement, Finance, and Operations teams to support pricing, proformas, ROI analyses, and proposal development. Present value-driven solutions that align client needs with Towne’s operational capabilities and financial objectives.
Market Presence & Internal Collaboration: Represent Towne at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase market visibility and brand awareness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth client onboarding, transition planning, and post-close handoff, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term client success.
