What you'll do

• Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered.
• With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
• You will drive the execution and scaling of noon’s automation initiatives through cross-functional stakeholder management, and hands-on field execution
• Job scope
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Engineering to execute high-impact robotics and automation initiatives.
• Analyze operational data, field performance metrics to drive targeted interventions to ensure projects remain on track
• Build Excel models and PowerPoint materials to support internal and external stakeholder conversations
• Own the end-to-end deployment of automation solutions, coordinating internal teams and external partners ensuring successful implementation on the ground

What you'll need

Bachelor's Degree from a top institution.1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or the strategy team of a startup.

Strong analytical skills and willingness to spend time in the field, working with operational teams and deployment partners to ensure successful implementation.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support relationships with external stakeholdersExperience in building Excel models and PP presentations for external stakeholdersProficiency in Python and SQL is a plus.
