Business Operations Manager

Sky Life Real Estate is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing brokerage. This role is responsible for ensuring that all departments—including Sales, Marketing, Administration, Accounts, and CRM—operate efficiently, follow company policies, and achieve their performance targets.

The Operations Manager will monitor KPIs, improve workflows, ensure accountability across departments, and report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and experience managing teams and operational processes.

Skills

• Oversee the daily operations of the Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Accounts departments.
• Monitor CRM usage to ensure all leads are assigned, followed up, and updated correctly.
• Track sales team performance, including calls, meetings, viewings, offers, conversions, and closed deals.
• Ensure all departments comply with company SOPs, RERA regulations, and Dubai real estate best practices.
• Conduct regular audits of CRM data, property listings, contracts, and operational processes.
• Review marketing performance, including lead generation campaigns, social media, property listings, and return on investment.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements.
• Ensure timely processing of contracts, listings, commission calculations, invoices, and documentation.
• Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and departmental KPIs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve business performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction across all departments.
• Work closely with senior management to execute business strategies and support company growth.
