Supermarket Branch Manager

Job Role: Supermarket Manager/ Branch Manager (Retail Branch Management)

Experience Required: 3 plus years of UAE experience Supermarket / Hypermarket (Prefer candidates who can join immediately)

Criteria: Candidate should have good communication skill in English and Hindi . Should have managerial experience in Supermarkets.

Job Responsibility

1. Achieve monthly sales targets.

2. Monitor daily store sales and work closely with merchandisers to improve sales.

3. Update daily sales figure to the Higher management and forward with action plan if any.

4. Promotions/offers display as per given plan

5. Communicate effectively with customers and retail merchandisers.

6. Create purchase order in time and follow-up with Purchase team to ensure Store has adequate stocks for sales,

7. Coordinate with Receiver & Suppliers for replacement of near expiry/ Damaged goods

8. Monitoring & reducing stock shortages (difference in system & physical stock), expiry and damages etc.

Floor Management

9. Address customer complaints and ensures good customer relations are maintained.

10. Ensure walkways are clean and tidy.

11. Follow-up with concerned to coordinate with Pest control agency and ensure 100% pest control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
