We are seeking an ambitious, organized construction professional who wants to build a long-term career in residential project management. What You'll Do

• Assist with the planning and execution of residential remodeling projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, schedules, and jobsite activities.
• Participate in client meetings and learn how projects are managed from start to finish.
• Support permitting, inspections, and project documentation.
• Visit active job sites throughout the Triangle area.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and field teams.
• Help maintain project schedules and communicate project updates.
• Learn budgeting, change order management, and construction best practices.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in construction, remodeling, homebuilding, or a related field.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.
• Interest in residential construction and remodeling.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn construction software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
