Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced bilingual Electrical Construction Project Manager to manage and oversee industrial electrical construction projects, including power distribution systems, control systems, low-voltage systems, and related engineering projects.

This position will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, customer communication, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring successful project execution from start to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing electrical construction projects in industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech facility environments. Candidates with previous TSMC site experience or semiconductor facility project experience are highly preferred.

The Project Manager will work closely with customers, engineers, field supervisors, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, project teams, engineers, and field personnel.
• Coordinate with TSMC personnel, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress, costs, resources, and overall performance.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
• Coordinate electrical construction activities including:
• Power distribution systems
• Low-voltage systems
• Control systems
• Electrical equipment installation
• Industrial electrical construction
• Work closely with Electrical Foremen and field teams to ensure proper project execution.
• Manage material procurement, equipment delivery, and resource planning.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, customer requirements, and company safety standards.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to customers and management.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
• Support project closeout activities, including inspections, testing, and final documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction or industrial projects.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech facility projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, including:
• Power distribution
• Electrical installation
• Control systems
• Low-voltage systems
• Electrical equipment installation
• Ability to read and understand:
• Electrical drawings
• One-line diagrams
• Construction plans
• Technical specifications
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management tools.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous TSMC site experience or semiconductor facility project management experience.
• Experience working in semiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, or high-tech manufacturing facilities.
• Electrical engineering or construction management background.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, automation, or industrial control projects.
• Experience managing electrical construction crews and subcontractors.
• PMP certification or other project management certification.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements.

Work Location

TSMC Site

The Project Manager must be able to work on-site at the TSMC facility and comply with all site access, safety, and security requirements.
