Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project sponsors and Project Portfolio Managers (PPMs) to prioritize initiatives
• Develop and manage divisional roadmaps in partnership with Project Portfolio Management
• Create Business Cases and Cost Benefit analyses for prioritized initiatives
• Obtain necessary DHHS and state approvals for project initiation
• Participate in the construction of Statements of Work for projects
• Manage vendor onboarding processes
• Establish and implement governance models for the program
• Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and vendors
• Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities
• Manage budgets and funding channels for optimal productivity
• Track and present program details and risks to senior management
• Maintain effective communications with project teams
• Manage resource allocations and expectations within the program
• Ensure program compliance with State IT Roadmap and security requirements
• Present program status at various committee and executive meetings

Education Requirements

• Proven history of collaborating with State and Local Government
