• Lead the comprehensive execution of large-scale software and system transformation initiatives from initial planning through to post-implementation support.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, operations, and design to ensure projects meet defined quality benchmarks, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across business units and government entities to maintain strategic alignment and smooth operational transitions.
• Act as the primary champion for agile methodologies, driving delivery excellence, sprint planning optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, technical bottlenecks, and delivery dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional track record in software delivery, program management, or technical service management environments.
• Proven experience steering extensive, high-impact turnkey projects from inception to successful deployment.
• Practical expertise overseeing full lifecycle project execution, including operational readiness and multi-vendor coordination.
• Demonstrated history of navigating project governance and delivery frameworks within the public sector landscape.
• Strong capabilities in agile methodologies, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
