We're partnering with a leading high-performance technology firm to hire a Java Software Engineer to build and enhance cutting-edge, low latency platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex performance challenges and is looking to step into (or continue in) a technical leadership role.

What we're looking for

• 3–5+ years of commercial Java development experience
• Strong experience building high-performance, low latency systems
• A passion for writing clean, scalable, and highly optimised code
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a small team is highly desirable
