What you could be working on

• Designing and building scalable, distributed backend services using Java
• Architecting and maintaining high-availability systems for payments, trading, or financial data platforms
• Owning features end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring
• Partnering with senior engineers and technical leads on system architecture and strategic technical decisions
• Driving improvements in performance, reliability, scalability, and security across core infrastructure
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to best practices across the engineering organization
