Data Analyst Intern (H/F/X) - 6-month paid internship, starting September 1, 2026, Lausanne (hybrid)LB&Partners SA is a Swiss firm specializing in optimizing the performance of industrial manufacturers. We work with major international groups to improve their EBIT through a unique combination of business expertise, advanced methodology, and in-house technology solutions.

What you will do

• In collaboration with the Programme team, you will collect, consolidate, and clean data from various sources (ERP, Excel, client databases); structure and model datasets; conduct statistical and exploratory analyses to identify trends and anomalies; build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports using BI tools; contribute to the automation of recurring reports; and prepare clear presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Your profile
• Bachelor's/Master's student or recent graduate in Statistics, Economics, Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A first professional experience (internship included). Good command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables). Fluent French and professional English (C1). German is a real asset, as are Power BI (or equivalent), SQL, and Python basics.
• We are looking for someone rigorous, curious, and organized, who enjoys teamwork, shows professional maturity, and is motivated to continue with us after the internship - there is a real prospect of a permanent position, depending on performance and business needs.
