Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to inform strategic initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through rigorous auditing and process improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role within the technology or financial services sector.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VBA/Macros), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
