Location: Zug, SwitzerlandWorkload: 40%Contract: Fixed-term for 12 monthsAs a Finance Analyst, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of finance within Innovative Medicine and make a direct impact on patient outcomes while driving operational excellence.

The Finance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the strategic vision is successfully executed, in reshaping the finance function to deliver long-term, sustainable growth for the IM business, unlocking both financial and non-financial benefits.

• You will be responsible for
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting processes
• Preparing financial analyses, management reports, and business performance reviews
• Monitoring actual results against forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities
• Assisting with financial planning activities, including forecasting and budget preparation
• Partnering with stakeholders across Finance and other business functions to support decision-making
• Consolidating and analyzing financial data to provide meaningful business insights
• Supporting compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Helping drive continuous improvement initiatives, process simplification, and system enhancements
• Contributing to special projects and strategic business initiatives as required
• Qualifications/

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience &

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, or a related area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within established deadlines
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
