Today we work with leading retail suppliers across Australia and North America, processing billions of retail transactions and helping brands sell more effectively through retailers like Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, Canadian Tire, Bunnings and many more.

We're entering an exciting new chapter, with a completely rebuilt platform and a suite of AI-powered products launching across North America.

As we expand our U.S. presence from Austin, we're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help drive our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a territory and simply manage opportunities.

You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to close—while helping shape how Krunchbox grows across North America.

You'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team, influence product direction through customer feedback, and become one of the early commercial hires helping establish Krunchbox in the U.S. market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
• Build and manage your own pipeline across North American retail suppliers and consumer brands
• Run discovery sessions and product demonstrations with senior decision makers
• Develop relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, Category Management and Operations leaders
• Understand customer challenges and position Krunchbox as a strategic solution
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback into our roadmap
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure customers achieve value from day one

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is

• Experienced in B2B SaaS, technology or retail sales (3+ years preferred)
• Comfortable owning pipeline and closing new business
• An exceptional communicator and presenter
• Curious, proactive and commercially minded
• Motivated by building relationships and solving customer problems

Bonus Points For

• SaaS sales experience
• Retail, CPG or supply chain experience
• Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers
• Experience using HubSpot or Salesforce
