Account Executive – Inspections, Testing & Maintenance (ITM)

We're growing throughout the Greater Boston market and are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to help businesses protect their people, properties, and operations through inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) programs.

This isn't a transactional sales role.

You'll be building long-term customer relationships, helping clients maintain compliance, reduce risk, and protect their facilities while developing a territory with unlimited earning potential.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll represent Relay's full portfolio of recurring inspection, testing, and maintenance services.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow an assigned territory throughout Greater Boston
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities
• Build relationships with property owners and decision-makers
• Conduct facility walk-throughs
• Identify inspection and compliance opportunities
• Develop service agreements and maintenance programs
• Create and present proposals
• Manage opportunities through the CRM
• Collaborate closely with operations teams
• Build a pipeline that supports long-term recurring revenue growth
• Consistently exceed sales goals and territory growth objectives

What We're Looking ForPreferred Experience

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Fire protection industry experience preferred
• Experience selling service agreements, inspections, maintenance contracts, or compliance solutions strongly preferred
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
