Our client is seeking a creative and strategic marketing professional to lead integrated marketing and communications initiatives that elevate brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and support a growing nonprofit organization. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital marketing, content development, public relations, social media, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies.
• Manage digital marketing, website content, email campaigns, and social media.
• Create compelling content that strengthens brand awareness and community engagement.
• Lead public relations, media outreach, and organizational communications.
• Partner with leadership to promote programs, events, fundraising, and community initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and use analytics to guide marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing and communications experience.
• Experience developing digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and brand messaging.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media, email marketing, website management, and marketing analytics.
• Nonprofit, healthcare, education, or mission-driven experience is a plus.
