Position Overview

Echelon Energy is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation and revenue marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys using data to drive business decisions, optimize customer acquisition, and build scalable marketing systems that generate measurable revenue growth.

You will partner closely with executive leadership, sales, and operations to improve lead generation, optimize conversion throughout the customer journey, reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and provide clear visibility into marketing performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through analytics, process improvement, experimentation, and execution. Success in this position will be measured by pipeline generation, conversion rates, marketing ROI, and contribution to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Optimize marketing programs to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Partner with sales leadership to improve marketing-to-sales handoffs and overall funnel performance.
• Continuously test messaging, channels, and campaigns to maximize marketing ROI.
• Support account-based marketing initiatives focused on enterprise real estate owners.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance and pipeline health.
• Track and report on key metrics including CAC, cost per lead, cost per opportunity, conversion rates, marketing-sourced pipeline, and campaign ROI.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop attribution reporting that connects marketing investments to closed revenue.

CRM & Marketing Operations

• Own HubSpot marketing operations, reporting, automation, and campaign management.
• Improve CRM data quality, segmentation, workflows, and reporting accuracy.
• Build scalable lead nurturing and automation programs that improve customer engagement and sales efficiency.
• Establish marketing KPIs and maintain executive-level reporting dashboards.

Sales & Conference Support

• Develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives before and after conferences and client events.
• Measure conference ROI by tracking pipeline creation, conversion, and customer acquisition.
• Create sales enablement materials that improve conversion throughout the customer journey.
• Partner with sales leadership on strategic campaigns targeting key accounts.
• Coordinate and execute conference activation.

Strategic Marketing

• Evaluate new marketing channels, technologies, and growth opportunities.
• Recommend budget allocation based on measurable business impact and return on investment.
• Lead ongoing experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on marketing strategy and annual planning.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing analytics.
• Demonstrated success managing demand generation programs with measurable business results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and CRM data to drive decision-making.
• Experience tracking and improving Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), marketing ROI, and conversion metrics.
• Advanced experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience building dashboards and executive reporting using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience in commercial real estate, construction, professional services, or other B2B industries is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary between $80,000-$100,000, based on experience.
