Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads for our client portfolio.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external candidates.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and update records accurately.
• Research market trends to identify emerging skills and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet aggressive weekly and monthly revenue targets.
