Job Description

Identify candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and scheduling candidate interviews.

Onboard and manage candidates throughout the process.

Execute recruiting plans to meet client deadlines and recruiting needs.

Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the interview process.

Maintain daily communication with account managers.

Adjust to shifting priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in meetings with client managers over the phone or in person.

Research and learn current and new sourcing and recruiting practices and trends.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities and multitask.
