Role Description The Dual Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA, responsible for leading sales efforts for two properties within FCLM’s portfolio. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with corporate, group, and institutional clients.

The Dual Sales Manager will conduct regular property sales visits, attend networking events, and coordinate site tours to drive occupancy and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, collaborating with revenue management and operations teams, and ensuring brand standards and service expectations are consistently met.

The role requires frequent communication with internal stakeholders to align on goals, refine sales tactics, and support long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, preferably managing multiple properties or complex portfolios.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills with corporate, group, and institutional clients.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies, including market analysis and revenue-focused planning.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with sales and CRM software, reporting tools, and basic office productivity applications.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage competing demands across properties.
• Experience collaborating with operations, revenue management, and marketing teams to achieve shared performance goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the San Francisco hospitality market and regional demand drivers is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, conduct client visits, and attend industry events as needed.
