This role is responsible for compiling, maintaining and publishing accurate employee rosters using the Corporate Rostering Tool, ensuring full compliance with national rostering principles, company policies and operational standards.
The post holder will prepare and manage daily and weekly rosters, coordinating cover for sickness, annual leave, training, medicals, interviews and other special arrangements, while working closely with local managers to validate roster data. They will also manage short notice changes, communicate updates to employees and line managers, and resolve roster-related queries efficiently and professionally.
In addition, the role will oversee leave records, support annual leave planning, and ensure safety-critical competencies and training requirements are built into rosters so that all shifts remain fully covered. Responsibilities include monitoring competency data, completing pre and post payroll checks, submitting late changes to payroll, and analysing fatigue information to flag potential risks.
The position also involves providing accurate data to support reporting requirements, contributing to safe, compliant and effective operational delivery.
