SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have)

✔️12+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Agile Project Management using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks

✔️Proven expertise in project planning, resource management, budgeting, and corporate stakeholder management

✔️Extensive experience managing KPIs, SLAs, RAID logs, and rigorous project governance

✔️Proficiency with enterprise Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms

✔️Strong Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) compliance and proactive risk mitigation leadership

Secondary (Good to Have)

✔️Active PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications

✔️Prior experience managing large-scale, enterprise technology projects within the Telecommunications domain

✔️Demonstrated ability in process optimization, workflow automation, and running comprehensive lessons-learned retrospectives

✔️Strong financial acumen for tracking variance and project spend metrics

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, Elite Senior Agile Project Manager with 12 years of industry experience to spearhead the delivery of critical business and technology initiatives.

This is a fully onsite engagement with options based out of Middletown, NJ, Atlanta, GA, or Dallas, TX. Operating within highly structured governance frameworks, the incumbent will act as the central pivot managing end-to-end scope, multi-million dollar timelines, complex budgets, and cross-functional team resources.

The ideal candidate will blend deep Agile framework mastery (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with excellent stakeholder management to consistently deliver high-visibility, production-grade results.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Agile Delivery & Governance: Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring absolute alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and enterprise SDLC compliance.

✔️Ceremony Facilitation: Orchestrate and facilitate core Agile ceremonies including high-impact sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and strategic retrospectives.

✔️Performance Metrics & Tracking: Establish and maintain automated dashboards to meticulously track project progress, milestone health, KPIs, and SLA delivery for leadership review.

✔️Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate cross-functional risks and technical dependencies by maintaining robust RAID logs and structured escalation pathways.

✔️Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams, vendors, product owners, and executive leadership to remove blockers, optimize velocity, and ensure pristine execution.
